Rental Policies - Equipment & Tool
Requirements:
- All renters are required to have proper identification. Acceptable forms of ID: Valid Driver License or a Military I.D. Card.
- A major credit card is required for all rental transactions. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card & American Express. We collect all rental charges & security deposits in advance at time of rental. Cardholder must be present for transaction.
- Operator of equipment must be present at time of rental.
- Certificates of Insurance will be required on construction use rentals.
Responsibility:
- It is the renter's responsibility to read & understand the Terms & Conditions of the Rental Contract.
- The operator, at the address designated, must use the equipment for the purpose of which the item was manufactured & intended. Subleasing or improper use is prohibited.
- Customer is responsible to return rented items in same condition as rented, except for ordinary wear and tear.
- Customer is responsible for all tire damage.
Rental Rates:
- Rental fees are calculated for the time the equipment is rented out until it is returned; your prompt return saves you money!
- One-day rental is based on 8 hours use within a 24-hour period.
- One-week rental is based on 40 hours use in 7 consecutive days.
- One-month rental is based on 160 hours use in 28 consecutive days.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Rental rates are not negotiable.
Towing Vehicle:
- Customer must provide a current Insurance Card.
- Trailers with GTWR up to 6,000 lbs use a 2" ball size.
- Trailers with GTWR 6,001 lbs and over use a 2-5/16" ball size.
- Any equipment with trailer that has a combined weight of 8,600 lbs or more will require a 3/4 ton truck or larger to haul.
Cleaning Fees:
- A cleaning fee of $55.00 per hour will be assessed on equipment returned unclean.
Delivery:
- Delivery service is available; please ask for a quote.
